Day 1: Qutub Minar
The highest tower in India, Qutub Minar is a historical minaret that was built in the early 13th century by Qutb al Din Aibak, the first Muslim ruler of Delhi and was completed by his successor Iltutmish.
- Featuring Indo Islamic Afghan architecture, Qutub Minar is constructed of red sandstone and marble and is adorned with intricate carvings and inscriptions. It stands at a height of 240 feet and has 379 steps to reach its top.
